    Star Trek Tonight!

Star Trek Tonight! I don't speak Klingon or have action figures posed around my computer (not that there is anything wrong with that). I plead the 5th (maybe the 2nd) on phaser ownership. I don’t know if I’m a Trekker or Trekkie, but I am the kind of fan who would not miss pre-release night. Just to help some of you out, the preceding greeting to “Live long and prosper” is "Peace and long life" not Na-nu na-nu.

I'm gonna wait a week or 3 and let the lines thin out... but it looks tremendous...

So many awesome movies this summer!

Would have liked to see ST tonight, but I'm also gonna wait till the lines thin out a bit. Still, thinking about gathering up a bunch of friends and having a Nerd Herd.

For those unaware, Klingon is a 'real' language, invented by some kids that had waaaay too much time on their hands. Apparently, there are about ten people that speak fluent Klingon. Google 'klingon language' and there are even audio clips. It is really stupid stuff.

Can't wait to see it either. We will be going this weekend to see Star Trek.

I also am very excited to see Terminator Salvation.

    And G.I. Joe.

Some really good looking movies hitting the theaters this summer.

I am going to see it, but I don't expect much. I just hope that they don't ruin Star Trek. Because I loves me some Star Trek.

My wife and I plan to go to a matinee of the new Star Trek movie next week, followed by a nice (not to mention free- I won a $50 food credit at Texas Station today) meal at the Salt Lick Restaurant at Red Rock Station. Great BBQ!

I also want to see the GI Joe movie. Ordinarily GI Joe wouldn't interest me, but the villain is played by the 9th Doctor, Christopher Eccleston!
