    Empty holster question

Is it legal in the state of Washington to carry an empty machete holster when only the bottom half of it is visible and top portion is covered by the jacket? In other words, strangers have no way of knowing if it's empty or not.

    Thank you

You would have to check the laws there and why would you want to carry a empty holster anyways?

most likely. but if it goes to court , someone could easily win in a civil suit. (saying you were making their sheeple knit sweater very afraid). I know, it shearly , supposition.

The holster is beautiful and I got so used to carrying it with te machete in Guatemala, where I got them. It's legal over there.

Contact your local prosecutor's office or your better yet state attorney general's office. Ask for a reply in writing.

I'm sure if you do it you will get many opportunities to meet law enforcement officers whether it is legal or not.
