It's workout time.
I tried it, I liked it; you will too!!
The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.
If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.
Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

Dang that was hard! I was only able to do fore scroll-ups before I was huffing and puffing. I am going to try and work my up to ten by next week.
I am always looking for new work outs.

Did you try aft scroll-ups? Those are harder.

Darn, I thought this was a serious thread.
I wanted to listen to someone else who had started a work out routine. But it did give me a little laugh.
And by the way, my current resting heart rate is 48. Turn green with jealousy couch potatoes!
