I saw a really cool thing today.......

I was at Walmart picking up some things and noticed an older gentleman making his way down the aisle with a cane and wearing a VFW hat. I spotted a young lady, probably 13 or 14 selecting something from a shelf, then turning, taking the mans hand and thanking him for his service and her freedom, the old fellers face lit up like a flashbulb. She then took her things and walked on down the aisle towards the checkout line.
It sure was nice to see that some of our young people understand what this day is all about.

Someone is doing an excellent job of raising their daughter. God bless those who are serving/have served, and her!
