    I think this guy used to have a .22 and he let his buddies talk him into getting a .45 for more "Knock Down Power".





    RULE #1: Always handle a firearm as if loaded and always point it in a safe direction.

    Good post. These pics could serve as a good reminder of how important gun safety is. You can never hear those basic rules enough.

    I'm curious was it a .45 with multiple safeties or just a trigger safety?

    Whatever type of .45 it was it sure did some damage on his big toe.

    This is actually good in regard to that "shoot him in the foot" post we had a few days ago. That sure looks painful but in no way disabling. Hope the guy wakes up and doesn't do it again.

    They should post those pictures in all gun shops. This might get people to think about safety a lot more. I know it would me think about it after seeing the pics of his foot.
