Yes but they're very expensive. Type pet collar gps tracking into google and tons of them come up.
I have one on my live catch 'cat trap'...and I can usually find 'em. Then they get a one-way 25 mile free vacation.
(That's only if they keep digging up, pooping in our flower beds, and attacking other animals in our sub {these are feral cats I speak of...}.)

For that matter, duct tape a regular cordless phone handset to the cat and when you want to find fluffy, just hit the "find handset button" on the base and follow the beeping.

This is about the only option I can find...Not GPS, but should work.

I've seen some sort of device that you put on a child (bracelet or necklace?), and the parent has a handheld tracking device that I suppose "lights up" when pointed at the direction the child is in? It might have a range of 200-300 feet? Seemed like it was pretty cheap? I can't remember where I saw the ad, maybe in an in-flight magazine?
Turn the election's in 2014 to a "2A Revolution". It will serve as a 1994 refresher not to "infringe" on our Second Amendment. We know who they are now.........SEND 'EM HOME.
