    A bunnified NRA day today!

    Wow, what an awesome, NRA-tastic day!

    So I took Bunny Jr. to the range today for our weekly trip (and also because the laundry is piling up and I am avoiding it) this morning. I just joined the NRA about a month ago, and I've been doing their "Women On Target" program. I passed Pro-Marksman and Marksman earlier this month, but I finally got my hands on some D-2 targets last week, so today I went out for the Marksman 1st Class. Nailed it! Of course, it's still pretty easy, it's not that I'm a fantastic shot or anything, but I still felt really good about it.

    When I got home, the mail lady was just leaving. I ran upstairs to open up this little unexpected package with my name on it, and guess what? The NRA sent me this cool cap! (Yes, they want another donation, don't harsh my buzz though, please.) Woohoo!!!!

    Just thought I'd share.

    Bunny Jr. likes it a LOT. I have a weird feeling if it turns up missing, it will be in HIS closet, for some reason. Hmmm...




    Oh yeah, and while at the range, I got to try out a Remington 308. Got to "sniper" some Zombie Targets. Too much fun!

    Roll the brim? What's that? (All my hats are cowgirl hats, I don't think I've ever done that to them.)

    Oh GunnyBunny, I can't WAIT to meet you in person next year! LOL
