As a former AZ resident, I feel for ya!
That said, it's going to be 83 today at home and probably in the 70's this afternoon when I take the kids camping in the higher elevation above us.
Best advice--time for a visit to Flagstaff.

Plus I'll be in Alpine, ARIZONA this weekend and it will be 65-75 outside,.
When January rolls around and I'm out on my Harley and the rest of the world is under 5foot of snow,. We'll reverse this thread.. LOL

My hand to god this is a true story. Old neighbor of mine tried to make scrambled eggs on the hood of his mother boyfriends DeLorean. The BF was not to happy when he looked out the window and saw him doing it.

I've heard of people doing this before,. Never saw it done,. Only thing I saw is a friend of mine put cookie dough on tin foil on his dash when going in to work,. Came out around noon and it was cooked..

I still ride my MC, even when its 116. I have a cooling Evap vest I wear and that keeps me comfrontable. The only thing about the heat that bothers me is if I have to do manual work outside. But since I work in an AC office, not an issue.
As for chores around the house that requires me to be outside, I do it all before 11am of after 630pm

The only thing nice about 116 weather , is that all the left over snow birds that thought they would live here year round are running for their lives!!!!!
I can go to the grocery store now without getting HIGH from all the ben-gay vapors!!! LOL

Maybe we could trade some of your dry heat for our wet cold. It's been raining and in the 60's-70's here for almost 2 weeks.
