    Got tazered today!

I work for the city maintnence department, and everyday we fuel up our trucks at the maintnance complex.Iwas getting diesel and a city cop came up to get gas at the end of his shift,we spoke/nodded.I commented on his new tazer rig,he pulled it out to show me and BLAMO tags me! Now I am a big guy (6ft 3in 380 lbs) and do alot of welding on wet/spraying pipes and get the snot shocked out of me on a daily basis so the tazing was nowhere near what i see on TV news or COPS.I pulled the barbs, question his heritage/education and start to go on my way.The young cop starts to almost beg me not to report his SECOND ND!!!
What say ye all? report him or not?
To the LEO out there dont these tazers need to be reloaded?is it something he can cover up?
It is pardonable to be defeated but never surprised.

Had it been his first time, I would probably not report him (professional courtesy and all that - I used to work with the PD). But a second time? Kid needs a talk from his lieutenant out behind the station.

It sounds like he really should not be allowed to have a weapon of any type. He should be reported before he hurts a 3rd or fourth person.

If we disarmed everyone who ever negligently placed their finger on the trigger, methinks we would end up disarming you as well as everyone else.

As for the cop in question, I think he should be reported.

Report him. If he admitted one ND already could be possible he is already on notice, as he should be.

Report him. What happens when he pulls a real gun to try and cover a badguy and goes BLAMMO???

Maybe this time he learned his lesson? Tough call man. Instincts say give a cop a second break, gut says report him...I just don't know. You best sleep on this one.

Yes you should report him. AT(6ft 3in 380 lbs). I would have thought that the cops X-ray and tazer removal would have explained everything!!!!

Glad it wasn't his gun he pulled out. I think you need to report him.
