New (Old) Concealed Carry Revolver!
Let's face it, ammo is rare these days. :frown: Would you like to do your own reloads but just don't have the time to make ammo? Here's a new release of an old classic, made especially for you!
Quoting from Cabelas: "This model is identical to the 1858 New Army stainless steel .44, but with a shortened 5-1/2" barrel for easy concealment. ... rigid, tough and easy-to-maintain stainless steel ... one of the most powerful and rugged performers ... removable/replaceable cylinders ma[k]e reloading extremely fast."
Not only do you get .44 calibre stopping power, this weapon provides two advantages no modern revolver will match: from the first shot, you gain the immediate advantage of a smoke screen to provide temporary concealment for your own COM and the additional repugnant effect of burning sulfur stench (the smell of Hell) to drive away BGs. OK, replacing the cylinder may take a bit more time than using a cylinder speed loader, but after fanning six quick rounds, you'll be so deep in smelly smoke while reloading that you're invisible to any attacker!
Seriously, BP revolvers are a hoot to shoot and provide unparalleled satisfaction to hunt with. I just can't imagine why they advertise one ...:rofl2:for concealed carry? :rofl2:
