    Is that a real gun?

A few years ago my son went to an event where he dressed up in a tux. Wanting to commemorate the event, we took some pictures. In one of those pictures, we pulled out his Beretta to take some poses as Bond, Kyler Bond.

I have posted this picture on a few social networking sites. Many of my childhood friends and others have seen him. They all comment on the similarity to James (and me when I was 18), but now that I think of it, not one of these liberal leaning buddies have ever asked if that is a real gun.

What a great way to carry and pass it off as part of the outfit ;)

Somehow, the whiskers and tux just don't scream "Bond" to me.

Bond would never carry a full sized pistol. He only used those little toy Walthers.

True, but when you can hit the eye of a flea at 100 paces ten out of ten times you don't need a hand cannon. Also with the lesser recoil of the .380 he doesn't need a two hand grip, leaving his off hand free to hold the ladies.

And that has made all the difference.
