Maybe llamas? (sheep, sheepdogs, and wolves)

Whenever the conversation of sheep, sheepdogs, and wolves, is posted, I wonder if the CC permit holder can really be considered sheepdog. If I'm not mistaken, the origin of the categories was based on sheepdog being military and LE, right? The categories work for the point that is being made, and it is just semantics, but maybe there is room for camelids vs the ovis aries.

While it may not sound as cool, maybe we CC permit holders are llamas?

Sheepdogs protect their own herds. It still works.

You are starting to sound like a 'left-leaning' liberal shepherd......they like to start out by changing definitions.

You ever see a llama protect a herd from a coyote? You ever hear their bray alert, how they stomp coyote, how they will herd the cows home at night. Llama may look like sheep, but they are no sheep.
