Gotta say for as far as beer goes, I'm a redneck.... Miller Lite in a can, but if something stronger is called for I go for the Bernheim Original Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey and if that's out I'll settle for good old Southern Comfort.

Miller Lite or Coors if its beer... Jack, Crown Royal or Drambuie if its hard liquor...

Psh, tequila isn't bitter.
Well, GOOD tequila isn't bitter.
As a side note, I discovered recently that the cherry/yerba mate flavored Mountain Dew AMP energy drink is a FANTASTIC chaser for tequila... great if you enjoy that feeling of wanting to pass out but being unable to.

American bourbon, Wild Turkey is my fave... in my youth, I burned through copious amounts of Bacardi Dark and Jose Cuervo at a frightening pace. Captain Morgan is just too easy to drink. I have found that I have pretty much lost my taste for mixed drinks, except Margaritas...
I have met very few beers I could not abide... recently I've been drinking Blue Moon quite a bit. For lagers, Pilsner Urquell is hard to beat. But that expensive stuff eats up the ammo fund, so I find myself drinking Icehouse and Bud more and more...

Neither. Blue Moon is a pathetic knock-off of a true Belgian ale...
but if you forced my hand, with.

A German white wine (I know, not very manly), wheat beer, margaritas, sidecars, or a good port.
Oooooh tough choices..... I tend to alternate Jim Beam and Jack Daniels. Woodford Reserve on special occasions. For the clear stuff Bacardi rum or Luksusowa Vodka. I haven't found a Texas beer that really excites me yet. I also haven't anyplace around here that carries Genesee Cream Ale.

Without at home... but I do enjoy the orange when I am in a bar or restaurant... very refreshing in the Florida heat...With or without the slice of orange?

Makers Mark on the rocks with a good cigar.
Booker's or Woodford Reserve Bourbon neat (both really great American whiskies-no yeasty "Jack Daniels" taste)
Don Julio Anejo Tequila neat (not a trace of bitterness-almost sweet)
Mount Gay Extra Old Rum with ginger ale
Guinness on tap/bottle
Newcastle on tap
Sam Smith's Nut Brown Ale bottle
bosco
Single malt Scotch neat, usually The Glenlivet. I like a good pale ale too.
