I prefer 4 Peaks Kiltlifter for beer when I can get it (actually a local Phoenix, AZ beer). My go to is Sam Adams Boston lager.
When I go for something stronger, I'm happy with Captain Morgan or even Grey Goose on the rocks. Mixing just isn't for me.

Mmmm...I miss 4 Peaks. If I'm drinking beer, for me it's usually Coors or an O'Dells variety (local brew). For harder stuff I'm a fan of Jack/bourbon in general or lately I've been endulging in VSOP brandy.Originally Posted by Torrid

I'll usually drink a German or Dutch beer, there is one I like from the Alsace region of France that is pretty good. In the Summer I'll most likely be drinking a Hefeweizen.
Sometimes I'll have me a nice cold Caipirinha, or I'll just mix the cachaca with some ginger ale.

I don't really do beer on a regular basis - but with a good meal, out with friends/co-workers, it's a Sam Adams. If I'm out drinkin' with the boys from work, then it's Irish car bombs, Jagerbombs, straight shots of tequila, and Captain and Coke if I feel myself getting dehydrated... but those kind of nights are few and far between; usually only at the end of a 2-3 week stint of working 12's with only one or two (or no) nights/days off. The last time I drank anything alcoholic, I went shot for shot with a buddy of mine on a bottle of nice blue agave tequila. I won, but the tequila finished a close second - my friend was dead last.That bottle went rather quickly...
There are some specialty beers that I really enjoy, as well - Belgian ales with a high ABV are fantastic, such as Delirium, or a local favorite, Gargamel, from the Devil's Backbone Brewing Company here in central VA.

I like a good single malt. Glenlivet is the standard Budweiser of Scotch that is good and affordable. I'm working on a bottle 18 yr Macallan, but I leave it for special occasions. I'll also have some Crawford's Scotch for sentimental reasons. For beer, I like dark beer unless I'm working/playing in the sun. Newcastle, Boddington's or Abita Turbodog for the darks, Plain old Budweiser or Corona for the hot day watery stuff. I also like Blue Moon or Wydmer/varios Hefeweissens.
Wow, that's some list, Maybe I have a problem.
