Must have been a large burrito!
Maybe the burrito's soiled diaper smell is what threw them off!
If you have ever tried to get a good burrito here in PA....I could see how that case of mistaken identity would actually be possible.

The hallucinating properties of burritos may not be well documented. A strong government warning should be placed on all burrito wrappers and also posted where they sell them. Could be the "mushroom" salsa used.
*Warning! The Surgeon General has determined that burritos may cause hallucinations! Do not operate vehicles, machinery or attempt to identify humans when consuming burritos.*
Perhaps a new Government study with loads of grant money can be done to find out why the ill effects of burritos are happening.

There was a Burrito stand in Oceanside, CA that hat Burritos that could be about that size...I really miss them.

Maybe only a part of something showed that looked like a baby? In the shadows? When, from the call, they're expecting to see a baby, and that's how they interpret it?
Just goes to show that often we see exactly what we expect to see, regardless of the actual reality behind it.
