    Tall men's shirts?

    Has anyone else had trouble finding shirts long enough for CC, or just in general? I'm about 6'4" or so, and my entire life I have never been able to find a shirt that I was able to tuck that didn't come untucked the moment I sat down because of length.

    A couple weeks ago, I ordered some 4XT undershirts (if it were long enough I could probably wear 2x) from Casual Male...when they first arrived they seemed long enough, but after a single cold wash and tumble dry now they do not go past my belt.

    I have searched online and as far as I can tell there is no such thing as 'double tall'. So far I have been unable to find any shirt that, after a single wash, is capable of covering an IWB holster when I do anything other than stand up with my arms directly down. My only solution so far has been tucking over the holster and repeatedly re-tucking everytime I stand up from a sitting position. It basically sucks.

    I'm sure there must be some other tall people here, so...do any of you have a good solution to this? I'm pretty frustrated at this point

    I'm with you brother I have the same trouble. Not only that but the long sleeves end up too short after a couple washes.
    The only thing that helps is hanging them on a line to dry it doesn't shrink them as quickly.

    Oh man, this is a no-brainer. I have bought dozens of "tall" shirts from Cabela's - both short-sleeve and long-sleeve. Their quality is very good and they really are made for tall guys. The tails are very long.

    Here's a couple of links of the styles I prefer.
    * Cabela's -- Short-Sleeve
    * Cabela's -- Long-Sleeve Midweight

    They often have wonderful sales, where you can pick up a shirt at bargain pricing, so keep an eye out for sales. I do all my Cabela's shopping online. I also buy their BDU pants, another excellent product.

    Oh, BTW, I'm 6'3"....................

    also you can try shirt-stays

    if you arent familiar with them they are Y-shaped elastic attachments that clip in 2 places to yourshirt (front and back on either side) and the other end attached to the top of your sock.

    Not only will it keep your shirt in, you'll look really crispy too.

    I've had good luck with J C Penny's big and tall mens catalog and store dept. They have extra tall for 6' 4" and over. I gave up drying any shirt in the dryer. Only hang them up to dry now.

    Here's a "tall" shirt for $4.95 at Cabela's!
    Cabela's 60/40 Solid Short-Sleeve Soft Canvas Trail Shirt - Tall

    That's a heckuva deal..........................

    One more note on Cabela's - each product has customer reviews available, so be sure and check some of those reviews to see how other customers liked the product.

    Tall man shirts are to long for me and regular shirts are not long enough. Polo's and T's are my best bet.

    There is no way of making this image link work. Can you maybe save the image to your drive and host it on photobucket or find a better link?

    You can also try The Men's Warehouse. I have always had good luck with their tall shirts. They have a ton of sizes and the service is excellent. They'll even measure you to make sure of the correct size.

    Tough work clothing, gotta-have tools and gear - Duluth Trading Company
    Duluth Trading sells some t-shirts and other shirts they call long tail shirts. They look like they are the same fit everywhere else, with the exeption of being longer.
