China really does not want to buy much more of our debt.
Internationally, countries do not want to trade in U.S. Dollars anymore.
The overally economy is so bad that Tax revenue is down to 1932 levels.
    We are broke.

Yep. Inflation on the horizon, big-time....

It's like Harry Truman once said, "If you took all the economists and laid them end to end, they'd point in all directions."

The proof of the success or failure of the current administration's economic policies will be determined over the next couple of years. At the very least, we know it's an improvement over the last administration's, which got us into this mess to begin with.

One thing to be sure of, listening to those who are bought and paid for to espouse a particular viewpoint, such as Glen Beck, are the last place to go for factual info. He, like the rest of Faux News, reports whatever Rupert Murdoch wants to be reported. And since they make money by pandering to the far right, it's altogether predictable that everything will be doom and gloom as long as the far right possesses marginal political power.

Far left reportage is equally suspect. The actual truth will lie somewhere in between. It takes multiple news sources, plus discerning eyes and ears to filter the noise and find something approaching reality. Caveat emptor.
    Cheers,
    Rod

ROTFL!!!! The last administration, what about Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, etc. Quit blaming everything on Bush. It was a failure of BIG GOVERNMENT.

Predictable response. For most of the previous 2 administrations, you had republican control of both houses.

So, if the economy does truly improve, will you give credit for the success to BIG GOVERNMENT?

This is not a republican/democrat issue. It is an issue of the Federal government not fulfilling their Constitutional duties. The federal government has also stepped outside of their Constitutional limits.

BTW I am not a republican. I quit supporting the Republican Party when they started acting like democrats/moderates.

The experts say that the U.S. Economy is not in a horrific hyper speed free fall death spiral.

It's now in a scary circular rapid fatal descent.

Don't you feel so much better now.

This is my first try at being a press secretary
I was bored , what can I say.
I'd say you would do a great job as obama's press secretary.

    Gibbs should be worried.

Silly rabbit, Gibbs' employment is a perfect mouthpiece for the current Administration. He hems and haws just like the President does off teleprompter!

For the person who posted that Glenn Beck is pandering to the right, I guess its to make up for all that time during the Bush Administration he spent railing at the Republicans. People should really listen to what someone has to say before they express an opinion of them.

And he did call this current mess LONG before anyone else with a national show did.
