Thats just funny right there. I needed the chuckle. There is nothing wrong with a little laugh at my expense, we all know I've taken plenty of liberty with everyone else.

    Spirit51, yeah, yeah yeah.
I know you're right, and those itches have already come. I got to go get this cast off this afternoon, and another one put on. Goofy.

Hope you get well soon. Next time be sure to POLICE up the shoes before taking a nap.

I hope you're ready. Missing some work is no big deal, but missing out on a day hunting is a tragedy. : )
It is surely true that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. Nor can you make them grateful for your efforts.

I think I'll be ready. Had another dr appointment, this time good news. Apparently, the break isnt all that bad. It should heal up just fine on its own, but the sprain that went along with the break is going to be the tough part.

My son was in the Navy and working Physical Security at a small base in Italy. He called one day to tell us about the sprained ankle he had just ended up with. The story was that a burning car was rolling down the street with a toddler inside. He was able to chase it down, and get the little child out of the burning car before he realized he had injured the ankle.

I am listening, filled with fatherly pride, tears beginning to flow, when he told the REAL story. He was running down the stairs at the hotel they lived in, when he tripped and sprained his ankle.

    Jerk!

I told him he deserved a sprained ankle for that.

No alcohol, guns, fighting, cars, motorcycles or explosions involved. I guess there is a first time for everything.

So sorry to hear that SIXTO... I hope your recovery is smooth, uneventful and maybe a little bit of fun, if you can garner sympathy from friends and family!

You'd be surprised at how true you both are.
