National Firearms Act of 1934. Weapons include automatic weapons, short barrel shotguns and rifles, destructive devices, suppressors, and AOWs (any other weapon). Some misinformed people call them Class 3 weapons. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Firearms_Act

My company is a 07 FFL and Class 2 SOT (special occupational taxpayer) which means it engages in the business of manufacturing and selling machine guns, suppressors, and other NFA weapons. My slogan is "You can kill it. We can help." My company makes everything from ammunition to AR15 pistols to fully automatic belt fed machine guns. Next year I plan to get the destructive device FFL ($3,000) and make grenade launchers.
