Interview tomorrow at a Federal facility

I have an interview tomorrow (Tuesday) at a regional power company. It is officially a Federal facility. I am going to go there fully armed and exert my Constitutional right to keep and bear arms and if they don't like it, well, they can hire someone else.

Tell them you have a note from your mommy to carry there. That's what I do.

Before you do that how about checking to see if the post office has a detector for guns and if they do get back to us if you can use the phone where they send you.

Why, in the name of God, would you put your a$$ in that situation? You already know you ain't gonna get hired so what's the point. If it's just to get sympathy from me it ain't gonna happen. Stay home. Choose your battles a little more carefully if you're looking to make a statement. If all you want is notoriety know this. It will last during the three or four week trial and you'll probably get to think about it for five to ten in a cell with a person whom you cannot carry on a meaningful conversation. Unless you plead insanity. At this point you got my vote.

Exactly, you had me worried there for a little while, but I think you actually made a good point with your little "joke." We get a few folk who post similar stuff, 'I don't care if its posted,' 'I'm going to exercise my rights no matter,' 'they can't tell me,' 'hey what's the big deal, just keep it concealed, who'll know.'

Sometimes comedy is a useful way to make a point.
