Well I run XP and tried all 3 IE8, Firefox 3 and Google Chrome.

Chromes the fastest but, does not save webpages to well.

Firefox is probably the best bet going now.

No problems. Mine still crashes every now and then. I do all the upgrades when they come out for FireFox. That's all I use anymore. Running WinXP. I've donwloaded the Google Chrome but haven't tried it yet. Don't care too much for Opera or Maxthon2. Internet Explorer just outright sucks for me or this computer, or both.

Does it run well as FireFox portable? I just installed Windows 7 so I am in an upgrading mood today.

I use Firefox 3.5 on my 64 bit Ubuntu machine and it has been good thus far. I also use Mozilla Shiretoko which is FF 3.5 for a 64bit Linux as well as SeaMonkey and Opera. I rarely use Opera, but is a good browser.

XP and 3.5.2 and it works perfectly.

No problems so far. Looks more like IE, though. I'm going to have to find a new skin for it.

Avoid it like the plague. It has done nothing but give my PC fits. Crash prone and interferes with Skype and other apps that require a stream.

I tried Google Chrome and found it easy to use, very speedy and a super clean interface. I find myself using Chrome almost exclusively now except for a few bank websites that require me to use IE8 (which IMHO is quite good just not as minimalist and clean as Chrome)

I think I like Chrome better too. You can just type the search into the tool bar as well. It is cleaner and more compact..and fast!
