Sounds cool, I wish they'd make a new Death Wish with that guy from DeathRace.

wow, are you serious? A sequel to I Am Legend? That's one of my top 3 favorite films.

Thanks for the tip, as I will be spending the next hour googling this on the inter-web.

It's TBA but it is set for 2011. I really liked the first one too.

There is a Godzilla vs King Kong coming out as well. I am a
fan of the old Godzilla movies.

"I Am Legend" was a very good film. If you enjoyed it, you might like the original, "The Omega Man" - Charlton Heston, 1971.

I doubt any of these will be out in 2011.

But yes they do sound cool.

I just don't see how they could possibly remake this movie and make it be better than the original.

As for me... Ghostbusters III is the big one I'm waiting for.

I think "The Last Man on Earth" was the first film adaptation from the novel "I Am Legend."
    It's good also.

I read the book "I Am Legend" when I was a teenager back in the 50s. One of the very first science fiction books I ever read. Got me hooked! The book is much better than any of the movies that have been made. The Vincent Price one is probably the best. I did NOT like the Will Smith version at all! Did NOT bear any resemblence to the original story line!!! I hate it when Hollywood takes a perfectly good story and screws it up!

There is nothing new under the sun. That is even more true in Hollywood. I learned long ago to never compare the two mediums.

One of the worst adaptations was "Dune". A great novel and a great film even though there was very little resemblance between them.

Just to clarify, when I wrote it was good also, I meant in a cheesy "B" grade zombie/vampire kinda way.

It's nowhere near as well done as "The Omega Man" you mentioned or "I Am Legend."
