One more reason...
... why I love my wife.
We woke up a little later than usual last Friday, so my morning rituals were curtailed a bit. The following is a conversation my wife and I had via text message later on Friday morning after we both went to work.
Wife- "What? No Coffee this morning... What did I ever do to you?"
My reply- "Got up too late"
Wife- "Cry me a river..."
My reply- "Go to a REAL Starbucks"
The REAL Starbucks thing is a long running inside joke between the two of us.
Wife- "I'd rather spend money on ammo than coffee"
My reply- "You are my hero"
After our ten years of marriage, no matter how rough things may seem, there are always times when my wife says or does something to remind me how much I love her, and further strengthens my commitment to her.
This simple exchange was one of those moments for me. My thanks to my ever loving, ever patient, and always humorous wife.
