I know it's been a while since we've had one of these. I hope everyone is enjoying a nice three day weekend/holiday. I know I am happy to have three days off in a row. Pic of the month as before, and only one please. I seriously thought about firearms and folks once again, but my submission this month has a more serious theme. September is the month....................never forget.

I remember that day very well. I was driving home and heard
a report on the radio that a plane had struck one of the towers.

Right away I pictured a small Cessna or something that must
have strayed off course and in fog a tragedy happened. Got home
and turned on CNN and was in total shock. I couldn't believe it!
and then as I watched in horror a second plane hit..

I'll never forget that day.

Most timely pic. September used to mean summers ending, fall is on its way, warm days, cool nights and kids going back to school.

Now it has a total different meaning.
