It's a group of like minded bikers that gather and do rides, raise awareness etc around the principle belief of preserving our constitutional rights. This includes 2a related issues.
Join the main group, then look for your state sub group.

It's a fairly new group, so unless you've been to a rally they've been present at, word of mouth like this and the Fox coverage are about the only way you would know.
