Here at al Taqaddum there is a media share drive on the network with a bunch of Skynard, and as I sit in front of the computer all day I listen to a lot of ole Skynard. I just may have to order that one from Amazon.

I live in Southern rural town, and the Lynard Skynard band would feel very welcomed here...it's all about "God and guns" around here.

They were on Hannity last night for an interview with him and they showed that album cover. I really wanted to hear the interview but I had company, which was more important (daughter and grandsons )
Turn the election's in 2014 to a "2A Revolution". It will serve as a 1994 refresher not to "infringe" on our Second Amendment. We know who they are now.........SEND 'EM HOME. Our success in this will be proportional to how hard we work to make it happen.

A few of the members were on Hannity last night, and they are very gun pro and talked about the Pledge of Allegiance in school, when they were coming up.
They are wild and look like hell for there age, but I like there views on the 2ND Amendment.

I like Skynyrd's music, but I never could understand why they sang "Saturday Night Special", which I've always thought was anti-gun.

Same here but it's a northern rural town. Go to any party or bar around here and Skynard will be blasting soon and often.

Thank-you! You beat me too it.

One way to know a true Lynyrd Skynyrd fan: Do they know these songs:

    Made in the shade
    Same ol' blues
    Was I right or wrong

It seems only true fans know these three songs from back in the Ronnie days. The new stuff is great, really great, but it ain't Skynyrd. The real Lynyrd Skynyrd died in the crash.

I was unsure where they stood on guns too. I thought this song as well as "Give Me Three Steps" were rather anti-gun.

No doubt, all great songs...love Cheatin woman, country boy, one more time, and the list goes on.

Does anyone else remember seeing the Street Survivors LP before the flames were removed from the cover jacket?
