Obviously thug bears. One distracts the victim while the other sneaks up from behind to attack. At least they knew that by not being armed it reduces the charges against them!

You do know what arming bears will lead to right? The next thing you know deers, elk, etc. will all want the same right to bear arms! The last thing we need is animals shooting back at us! lol
