Wow. Interesting. Makes me feel FAT!

Dam now I'm hungry again!
A couple of homemade chili cheese dogs and some Orida fries...
Is it wrong for me to hope he gets run over by a fat guy in an SUV?

I LOVE this guy! One of my new heroes!
He is 100% right. I can attest to the fact that eating crap will make you fat and if you stop eating crap you can get into shape. I am living proof. I used to eat Burger King, Wendy's, McDonald's and any other fast food you can name. But then I was diagnosed with diabetes. I weighed over 300 pounds and I was surprised by the fact that I was diabetic. Looking back on it now, I shouldn't have been. I should have been surprised that I was alive every morning with the crap I was putting into my body every day.
I stopped eating fast food. Started eating healthy. Started working out and in less than a year, I had lost 160 pounds. Here is a before and after picture taken almost exactly 2 years to the day apart.
I am a totally different person now. Everything in life is better. And I do mean everything.
well done TN Mike
If I gave a crap about what you think about my guns.....it was early this morning and I already flushed it!
I respect what the guy is doing, but I'm sorry, I wouldn't want some guy coming around my table stirring up all the dust and crap on the floor while I'm trying have my lunch, no matter how well placed his intentions are. I was wondering how long it was gonna take the manager to toss the guy out. "I'm just tryin to get a workout in... Ah huh, get to stepp'n.
