JD's shelf for emptying his pockets.

I was dusting today and I came across the shelf where JD empties his pockets upon coming home from work and I had a need to document this.

I don't know about you guys but I think he needs just ONE MORE knife.

And as I continued dusting, what did I find?

And that's just the knives. I'm not counting guns.

If I'm counting correctly, there's 4 knives in the first photo...

One can only assume he throws them...

Correction.. there are 5! The long thing in the leather case on the right is a Colt Steel fixed-blade Mini Tanto.

OK, Lima, quit teasing us show us the guns.......

I love that Buck knife he has in the first pic; I bought one at Wally world for 20 bucks and well worth the money! tough blade, holds an edge forever!

On my 4th birthday, my Dad gave me my first knife and continued to do so on every birthday until he passed away. That is 43 knives. I still have 42 of them plus the ones I have added. However, I still have more guns than knives!!!!!!!

Maybe he is just checking to see if your really doing the dusting.

Hey but look on the bright side. Knives are generally cheaper than guns.

That is Lima's tip he left for her.
Just remember that shot placement is much more important with what you carry than how big a bang you get with each trigger pull.

I sure don't hope I see you on a show like this:

Britains got talent - Brian and Melanie (knife throwing)
Preparing for the Zombie Apocalypse or Rapture....whichever comes first.

....I see nothing wrong with the picture looks like my nightstand does when changing pants.
I know not what this "overkill" means.

Honing the knives, Cleaning the longguns, Stocking up ammo.

Hey, I got one of those shelves too. I dont carry but one knife, but my junk annoys my wife as well. She is also "talking to me in a friendly manner" about loose ammunition and magazines she finds around the house.
