A salute goes out to all the heroes of Perl Harbor!

I wonder what the headlines would read if this happened today? Not "Japs Bomb Pearl Harbor".

Something about, Man made disaster occurs, alleged Asians may be involved.

RIP brave hero's, your sacrifice was great. Thank you, not forgotten!

I just want to remind everyone that this event is NOT ancient history. There are plenty of people who were alive back then.

They attacked a tiny island just south of Taiwan, but part of The Philippines on the same day. Probably killed my wife's grandfather; bombed the government buildings 200 feet from her house, and left permanent damage on the community---which eventually marred my wife's life; though she was born about a year after the start of the war.

To this day she can not stand the sound of prop. planes because that seems to remind her of bombing/strafing runs which she doesn't remember, being an infant at the time, but which is somewhere in her memory. She suffers life long health problems from the malnutrition as well.

I sure wish GM, Ford, and Chrysler had figured out how to make decent vehicles because I hate every dime I've paid for Japanese cars and I wouldn't buy a German one if I had to ride horseback.

A day that will live in Infamy!

My grandfather was a Pearl Harbor survivor and my father was there as an infant.
