    Deer Camera for Security?

Can anyone recommend a decent deer camera that I can use to double as driveway security? My wife has had her car "broken into" twice in the past few years and while she keeps nothing of value in it, this is very disconcerting to say the least. My Jeep sits right next door loaded with cool things like a Mag Lite, Craftsman tools, my school teaching bag, etc. My garage is locked but a good smash on single pane glass would let you in without too much trouble.
I was hoping for something that might send the photos to my computer that way if the creeps decide to destroy/steal the camera I might have their mug anyway.
    Thanks for the info...

I would put the camera inside porchlight so it can't be seen.

Set up automatic lights...bright ones! That will chase away deer, whether four-legged, or 'two-legged'. Thieves hate to be in the light.

How will the creep see/smash your camera if they can't see it? Some game cameras are IR and don't use a flash. put it out of sight in a nearby tree or something...

I use deer cameras all over my place for security. If you don't get infared the flash will alert BG and your camera will get stolen. You can get models that will even e-mail pictures to your cell phone and computer.

A good trick would be to time the IR camera to snap a shot, then blast on a bright floodlight. Better to scare them away than just have a picture of them robbing the place. If they don't scare, you still have the picture and maybe a busted flood!

Automatic motion / heat sensored lights (not expensive at all) .... will click on .... and a motion alarm on the car (check out Audiovox at O'Reilly's, Autozone, etc.)... don't cost that much either. You can hook up a sound deal as well, if the light comes on ... it sets off a recording a big dog... LMAO. You could record your own message... LOL.
