I would think that he would be carrying a 1911 and prolly a bug or two. I would also image you could stash a long gun in that coat of his.

Santa is Old School...a double barrel 12 guage coach gun by his side in the sleigh and a big ole honking Dirty Harry style revolver on his hip (under the coat, of course)....44 magnum. Perhaps a good old fashioned Colt 1911 too, just for good measure.

Santa is from New Jersey. He doesn't carry anything but a bad attitude.
The preceding post may contain sarcasm; it's just better that way. However, it is still intended with construction and with the Love of my L-rd Y'shua.

+1! No doubt about it, 12 guage double! The two revolvers in his pair of shoulder rigs would be .45 Colts though!

Santa would only carry matching 1911s in a custom belt rig
coach gun stashed in the sleigh to repel boarders
AR15 with NV for those longer distance threats
I'm sure the sleigh is equipped with countermeasures, both offensive and defensive as well.

LOL! I think this is most accurate. A blend of old school and new school.

Mrs Santa Claus will be carrying her favorite this year, Smith & Wesson 686+ stoked with Federal HST hollowpoints, because she cares enough to send the very best.

Because the AR15 is considered a short-range rifle, I would extend that to a 50 cal. mounted to the sled.

I'm just sitting here picturing Santa Clause with a pair of cross-draw 1911's on his waist or shoulder rig and am literally laughing out loud.

I figure he carries a stainless 1911 under that big red coat, and has a coach gun stashed on the floor of his sleigh.
