    Diet is starting now

    Diet starts NOW....well, actually after this one last Christmas cookie....but then I am getting serious.

    Preparing for the Zombie Apocalypse or Rapture....whichever comes first.

    Just do it! I was forced to start mine in October and I went from 220 lbs. to 198 lbs. as of this week. Death to carbs and death to sugar!!!
