    Flight 93 visited

    I doubt if there are too many here who will be able to ever visit the Flight 93 site at Shanksville PA.

    To that end let me share a few images from there, as today Mrs P95 and I biked out with some friends and a few hundred others, on a very good run, starting from a Hog Dealership in Somerset. Far from warm but still good.

    A major permanent memorial is yet to be built and has been in the planning stage for ages - so for now things are a bit ''informal'' - that said there is more than enough to act as both reminder and memorial tribute too. A stiff wind made the flags really flap and so pics were tricky, plus one has a load of writing on it, with all the names of those lost - very hard to tell that.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Rather than end on a somber note, let me add some levity for you! First - this was one hog that was not goin' to have room for a passenger
    This guy obviously has attitude LOL! Plus his mirror is held up by a nice lady!
    Finally, a biker's popular motto
    I think the fat boy is on the heritage. Nice pictures P95...nice that you and Mrs. P95 get out there and enjoy life. Nice tribute to those lost during the attack.
    Actually it's a Dyna Low Rider or a Dyna Glide, can't tell which one? not enough hog for him though, those shocks must be crying!
    Great pic's Chris, and thanks for sharing them. That is really cool that you were able to visit, pay respects! and even more cool that you rode there.
