Not Another Badge Thread ~ Air Force One

Just thought this was interesting as heck & complete w/ documentation.
I spotted it on Ebay recently when I was searching for I.M.I. & Galil related stuff & insignia ~ I'm not a Badge Collector but, if I was...this one sure would be a neat addition to the collection.

The bidding was up to $600.00 when I saw it.
I've not gone back to check it since.
Damn those Feds get some nice lookin' badges though huh?

Just think of the gun that you could buy in that price range. I rather have a Fed style gun than a Fed style badge anyday.
Why Ike, whatever do you mean? Maybe poker's just not your game Ike. I know! Let's have a spelling contest!

Never saw anything like it. It's got to be some kind of commemorative badge. When I was working around AF 1 the guards wore the normal Air Police (silver) badge.

That doesn't look like any kind of issue badge I saw around Andrews.

does seem like more of a comemerative badge than a issue service badge.

The actual badges that I have worn while guarding POTUSs only cost $60.
