Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of ones youth, blessed is he who has a quiver full of them. They will not be ashamed, they will speak with thier enemies at the gate.

The only team sport I follow, and have for 35 years.........

Go Hawks! The Number One Seed!

"He went on two legs, wore clothes and was a human being, but nevertheless he was in reality a wolf of the Steppes. He had learned a good deal . . . and was a fairly clever fellow. What he had not learned, however, was this: to find contentment in himself and his own life. The cause of this apparently was that at the bottom of his heart he knew all the time (or thought he knew) that he was in reality not a man, but a wolf of the Steppes."

Haven't paid much attention this year - we won it all last year :). Of course we lost the whole team. Guess I'll have to suffer a little and pull for Dook.

    Oh My Gosh!

My beloved Jayhawks just lost to Northern Iowa!

I guess I'll have to cheer for K-State now.

I'm with you. I've lost all interest.

Go Red Wings. Nothing I like to do better this time of the year than watch a good game.

I thought Northern Iowa got a bum seed having to play Kansas in the second round. They were a ranked team for most of the season. I guess it was Kansas that paid for it in the end. N. Iowa was 29-4 going into todays game. Nobody gets a record like that by being a cupcake.
