QK - it was a lame attempt at levity!

''Sweatheart'' - as in ''honey'', ''wife''

''Stocks'' - as in stocks and shares and bonds etc.

I own 100% of the stocks in my wife (sweetheart) - married see!

I thought it referred to grips with a heart pierced with Cupid's arrow, or some such, engraved in them.

OK...Now yes, I really DO know what Sweetheart Grips are.

WW II & made from salvaged Bomber Windshield early type plastic.
    and a nice theater knife.

    Are those yours OD?

I sold a set of 1911 grips like that on Ebay.

They were all fractured looking & pretty yellowed though.
Mine were not in very great condition.

I would love to have a set in that fine of condition.

I hate to say this, but I thought they were (Wall Street) stock deals usually only known to insiders.

I'm not sure what that shows since I'm not a financial type.
