    I always recommend responsible use of fireworks and we see plenty of stupid attempts at ''fun'' with a lot of risk.

    This tho is IMO pretty harmless but - funny? I thought it was hilarious - and no one gets hurt - unless you count the guy throwing a chair, but that missed!!
