Bumper has had problems with this - the software does not seem to integrate into this latest VB version. He was IIRC trying another so as to get it functional again but still there were problems.
He may well add a comment but it seems as tho we may not easily be able to run it now.

Yeah, unfortunately, the Gallery (which I bought about a year ago) is not compatible with this version of vBulletin. My question regarding when there will be a fix coming has gone unanswered. It appears I could buy the script again and install it as a standalone, but that isn't in the budget right now. Standalone solutions would also require you to sign up and maintain another membername/password which is sort of lame. And, as Chris said I have been looking for suitable replacements, but so far none seem to work very well.
For now, we're out of luck....
