Believe me, I would not go to the trouble for the sake of political correctness, DefensiveCarry.com just makes more sense and is more descriptive about what we are about, but all that's got it's own thread somewhere.

i think all and all 'defensive carry' seems like, after a year, we're going to be like "remember when this used to be called combat carry?" some will react "no". as i think CC rolls off the tongue better, i admit, it's probably more appropriate and might even increase the members... oh... might need an even bigger server then too . wow, what a thread jump.
    What's this button do?

Although I support the right to open carry I choose not to. I don't want to be hassled by the sheep or LEOs that have been called to the local McDonalds because "a man has a gun." I also don't want to to give the criminal element any edge that they might use against me. I just want to look like the rest of sheep and blend in. A sheepdog in sheep's clothing if you will!
Why Ike, whatever do you mean? Maybe poker's just not your game Ike. I know! Let's have a spelling contest!

It is not unusual at all for us here.....this site specializes in concealed carrying...and not open carry. Note the banner: CONCEALED WEAPONS CARRY, FIREARMS, EDGED WEAPONS, TACTICAL EQUIPMENT, TRAINING, LAW ENFORCEMENT & MILITARY

Open carry is not referenced in the banner.
Well that is completely contradicted by the PICTURE at the top where TWO people have their guns in the OPEN.

Um, not to mention that one of the pictures shows a woman with a gun that isn't even concealable. Yea, but you "specialize" in concealed huh. Riiiiiight.

go away trollboy . If its that imporntant to you start your own " Open carry " board . You have done nothing i can see except come in here with juvenile disruptions. So far you havent even IMHO articulated a valid reason for this thread ( " i want it, i want it ,i want it , and cant have it so its everyone elses fault attitude doesnt count ) much less a board section for a practice that is at best impractical in 99% of the country and at worst outright dangerous .
Make sure you get full value out of today , Do something worthwhile, because what you do today will cost you one day off the rest of your life .

    Oh brother....

I guess our newest Ex Member expects folks to carry weapons in the port arms position 24/7.

I guess it's too logical to point out that those photos are for graphic effect?

    Sheesh.

...and then calm returned to the valley.

Looks like it was a stormy night, I had five PMs from MAC, all in CAPS, all questioning my sexuality and maturity.

Thanks to the Mods and Bumper for spotting that trainwreck and sorting it out.

I'm only posting this to defend my site, not so much as to inform anyone.

1- Don't agree its odd that there is no open carry section(this site discusses concealed carry; open carry sites are available for your viewing pleasure)
2- By definition combat suggests aggression not type of firearm carry(if you are in combat your firearm or one of them may be concealed.)
2- Not sure what you mean by last remaining right.
4- Not sure 'bout "we", I support open and concealed carry

I beleive its already been provided but you may wanna try this link
