Does the tab tell the truth? eBay?
I'm not sure if this is a bug in my browser (Internet Explorer) or something that actually is going on with the forum...
I noticed that on the Explorer tab it says Defensive Carry but there is an eBay logo on the left side where sometimes there is an "E" for Explorer and where other sites often have their own logos.
Is Defensive Carry connected with eBay somehow, or is this some sort of bug in my browser where a leftover logo has remained where it shouldn't?

that little icon is called a favacon. It may be that the one ebay uses is titled the same as the one we use ( say favicon.ico ) and it just has not refreshed in the cache . Some day soon you may be on ebay and look up to see our favicon LOL .

Occasionally this happens to me too. It seems to fix itself so I don't worry too much about it.

PJ clean up ... in ie clear history , ect . and delete the cache , then close and re open ie . that should clear the saved files that ie goes to for a " faster load " and give ya back proper favicons for a bit lol .

Actually, all of these icons are named favicon.ico and when there is one in the main directory on the site, you should pick it up automatically. I expect that if they are "out of sync" it indicates that something may have burped when that particular reference was being fed into your browser cache. Dumping the cache file should remedy it.
I wish I did own eBay, I would be retired in style after I sold it....

Bumper again i understand just enough to be dangerous lol . I had somewhat the right answer , never mind its the wrong reason lol . none the less a cache refresh of the chosen browser should fix the issue .

Hm...my Tabs say different things...
(At least ExSoldier will get it!)
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.

If I had thought a moment longer about this, I would have realized that without help.
Knowing that eBay is anti-gun, I should have known that the eBay icon on my tab was a computer error.
Now that I've shut down and restarted, all the "favicons" are back to normal, even the AOPA, NRA, and AT&T ones.
