Double Click to mark "all read"
I noticed that when you're in a sub-forum you can double-click on the left-most icon to mark all items in a forum as being read. However, this doesn't work from the main forum view.
In other words. It doesn't work here: http://www.defensivecarry.com/vbulletin/
But it does work here:

Is this a configuration issue? It took me a while to figure out why sometimes I had the option and other times I did not.
The facts are indisputable. There is more data supporting the benefits of Conceal Carry than there is supporting global warming. If you choose ignorance, in light of all the evidence, in order to bolster your irrational fear of guns, you are a greater threat to society than any gun owner.

There is a "Mark Forums Read" link near the bottom center of the main page to mark all threads, in all forums. It is immediately before the "What's Going On?" area....

I'm guessing here and Bumper is the man to answer you really.
I think tho it is down to hierachy and ''child/sibling'' structures. The main index page is probably too high a level to provide a full ''mark as read'' option, whereas all (I expect) lower levels will give this on a per forum and sub forum basis.
Must confess it is not a facility I have exploited myself.

You can "Mark Forums Read" under the "Quick Links" button on the upper right of the forum tool bar. I use it after reading the new posts. Helps keep everything updated and I can avoid posts I've passed over.

HELGA: Where are you going?
HAGAR: To sign a peace treaty with the King of England.
HELGA: Then why take all those weapons?
HAGAR: First we gotta negotiate...

I knew there was another one somewhere. Obviously, I don't use that feature. I might miss something....
