I will be taking the site down for about 4-5 hours later tonight for maintenance, including rebuilding the search indexes. In addition there may be a few "slowdowns" as a I do some preparatory work prior to that. Enjoy a night with your family and stay safe!

Sometimes it's hard to do if there is an urgent problem or a window of opportunity comes up to fix something. If I am awake, I am normally on my PC pretty much all the time. With almost 600,000 posts, rebuilding the indexes ties up one of my machines for 4-5 hours. I haver to do it when the moon is right....
