I very much appreciate the offers of additional donations; hopefully, we won't need to do that. The host and I are monitoring the forum and the server for a few days trying to figure out the reason for the sudden increase in http requests, as illustrated in the chart below. Hopefully, we'll get it figured out before too long....

I keep looking down... I even looked under my laptop and on the floor. There's no chart below!

Is it DDOS attack perhaps? That should be easy enough to determine from logs.
The facts are indisputable. There is more data supporting the benefits of Conceal Carry than there is supporting global warming. If you choose ignorance, in light of all the evidence, in order to bolster your irrational fear of guns, you are a greater threat to society than any gun owner.

Agreed 100%, I will be glad to help out.

Oops, sorry, my head was somewhere else, but won't tell you where. You can probably figure it out.

Anyway, I attached the graph where it should have been. It does not appear, after looking at the logs, to be a DDOS attack, which was one of the first things I considered. We should know more in a day or two...

    Bumper,

If you still can't get the system fixed...

Perhaps you should contact my wife, or one of her sisters...they seem to know everything

Well, this morning's ~150 sessions pales by comparison to last night's ~800. Can't imagine how many of those were actively performing a <search> at the same time. Yikes.

After watching logs for a while now, the host has determined, definitively that we are under no attack and that the server health itself is good. We are, however, pretty much maxxed out the server during our busy times. He is currently putting together some upgrade options and, hopefully, we will be back up to peak performance soon. I appreciate your patience during the evenings when things seem to really slow down. Hopefully that won't continue for much longer....

Keep up the good work and let us know if you need additional $s for the "upgrade options."
