Blackberry access - keep getting logged out

    Hi folks.
When I log on to DC from my blackberry, I have to type in my username and password every time, even if I check the "save my login info" button.
It apparently doesn't save my info, as every 5 or 10 minutes it logs me out, and forces me to log in again.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

You may not have cookies enabled on your device. Everytime I clear my cache on my 8830 my passwords and recent logins are deleted.

I'm not sure about mobile devices. vBulletin has said they will not comply with any individual mobile device, rather they are waiting for a standard to be established before even considering how the software works on a phone. I expect that it may work or it may not....

It may also be related to your mobile carrier. As odd as that sounds it's true.

Post your blackberry model and cell carrier and we might be able to troubleshoot further.

The issue isn't with your Blackberry. It is with you. You are addicted. I think you need counseling.

Mine works when I am away from my laptop and need a quick DC fix.

I have the 8820 and AT&T Wireless using BlackBerry Enterprise Server, no other special setup.

Mine works too. I have very restrictive security settings (my employer controls my blackberry). I bet it's just the cookies issue.

It is a blackberry pearl, through T-mobile.

I do not see an option to accept cookies, but I do see that it seems to collect cookies so I know they are being gathered.

I have no problem logging and navigating DC, it's just a drag to have to throw a password in, and wait for confirmation, every few minutes.

heh...your employer's no fun. I manage ours and I'm pretty lenient...until you tick me off and then I have fun
