Smiley sillyness
Anyone know why:
when clicking the "more" option to see additional smileys, and then scrolling down near the bottom of the list, my screen goes crazy? I've tried this on another computer and have had the same problem. Also after going into the extended smiley list, it screws up my desktop and taskbar (like they don't refresh properly).
Thanks, I tried to do a search for this problem/topic and didn't turn up anything.

Hmm, I thought it was me. I've had the problem more than once, so I stopped trying to expand the smiley window.

Change your Internet browser to Firefox.
Problem solved.

Can't, corporate browser. I know, don't surf at work, but once in a while I have a free minute.
So you're saying those of us stuck with IE are out of luck?

The only thing I can offer is to not use the "More" while using Internet Explorer. This has been an IE issue for a long time and it doesn't appear to be going to resolve it. At home, I strongly encourage everyone to download and use Firefox, which is a much better browser, IMO....

You need more RAM...I used to have that problem with my PC, then I got an iMac with 4 gigs of RAM. No more loading problems, just hit more and they are right there.

Now that explanation makes a lot of sense to me. I know this computer is severly lacking in RAM. Not so sure about my laptop lacking in RAM, but I'm sure having that many dancing bananas chews up a lot of memory.

Unless you can install mega Gigs of RAM probably so. IE has never been the best choice for a browser, but MS makes sure it is on every PC sold with programs installed.

I agree! Everybody needs more Ram!
Actually..Firefox IS the way to go. IE has always sucked, and still does as far as I'm concerned.

This has been an IE issue for ages. I don't think the RAM will solve the problem. I have plenty, and still have the IE issue. Other browsers don't seem to have this problem.

I have 3 GB of RAM in my work laptop.
I suppose I could circumvent the corporate browser. Just not sure how much trouble, if any, I would get into.

Could you? That would be great, thanks.
