    Selling in the Market Place

    Hello, I have read the Market Place rules, but didn't see where it says how many posts I need before posting an item for sale? It says I have insufficient privileges so not sure if I haven't reached the post count needed or I don't have enough time here on defensive carry site (joined Aug 2009)
