    Need for a Glossary

    I'm a newbie, so I looked in the FAQ's for definition of strange words and initials for shortcuts. I was reading the post on BUG question??? when I found out that BUG stood for Back Up Gun, not the Butt Ugly Gun I thought it stood for. After several days, I finally figured out what IWB and OWB stood for, but I still don't know what EDC stands for.

    Question: Could the owner or moderators create a glossary list in the FAQ section, defining these acronym? Perhaps everyone could add the correct definitions to it?

    If not, I'm confident I will figure them out eventually.

    You're welcome. The Glossary can be found under Forum Help and Extras, which is located on the right side of the forum tool bar.

    Yeah, the glossary needs to be updated, P95Carry takes care of that but he hasn't been on in a while. I'll have to ask him about that. I'll run it by the Boss, maybe we can copy the info over to the reference section and make it a sticky...

    Nothing wrong with having a glossary here to help anyone, especially new members.

    FWIW (For What It's Worth) whenever I come across an abbreviation or whatever, that I can't figure out, I use Google, sometimes I might have to add a little hint to it. For instance I googled "OWB" and didn't get much immediate help, then I did it again and googled "OWB guns" and got plenty enough info to figure it out.

    A dedicated glossary here would be better.
    Turn the election's in 2014 to a "2A Revolution". It will serve as a 1994 refresher not to "infringe" on our Second Amendment. We know who they are now.........SEND 'EM HOME.
