I sent a PM today and nothing in the PM section indicates it was sent. What next for me to check?

Open the User Control Panel (CP);
Click "Options";
Under the heading of "Messages & Notifications", click the boxes "Enable Private Messaging" & "Save a Copy of Sent Messages".
