wow, I did the same thing today (open carry) at chipotle at baseline and stapley. My bad, I forgot that they serve beer. I had gone to the range then to Walmart and then to Chipotle to buy dinner. The girl at the register saw my gun and gave me the wrong change, which was more a surprised reaction than any legal knowledge. She then caught the mistake and I walked out with my food with no problem.Guess I got lucky and need to study the rules more.
I live in WV...no Chipotle here either...SAD FACE

The chipotles in Tucson have "No Guns" signs last time I was there.
Any one who posts "no biggie" "not a big deal" " I see it all the time" your wrong.. it is a big deal we live in America where we have rights that other countries don't.. A right unexercised is a right lost. And by more sheeple seeing more good people carrying guns the better off all of us as gun owners are.

Accuracy ALWAYS WINS! So carry what you can hit with.
If you find yourself in a fair fight your tactics stink.
The chipotle by my house doesn't serve alcohol. Admittedly it's the only one I've been to, as they don't have them where I grew up.
We have Chipotle here in California, and it's GREAT!! Cannot stop eating there. Good for that OCer. In CA, we can OC in alcohol serving establishments. It's not a great idea, but possible.
